This Issue’s CamLife Founder Spotlight Katya Tiuni. Katya Tiuni is the founder and CEO of Model’s Guide. Katya is no stranger to adversity and hard work, she has risen from the ashes like a phoenix time and, time again. From humble beginnings to building a successful webcam studio in Ukrain to losing it all just to start over in the Czech Republic with a new studio. just to lose it all again before founding the groundbreaking Models Guide.
Katya began her career as a cam model in 2006 in a tiny room in a Ukrainian communal apartment. before stepping behind the scenes as Founder & CEO of Model’s Guide, Model’s Guide is the first Russian-language online education platform for teaching the fundamentals of professional webcam modeling.
At just 19 years old with poor English skills or any great life experience to speak of, just a young girl armed only with drive, persistence, and willingness to put in the long hours and hard work it would take to become a successful model working up to 12 hours online 6 days a week, all the while independently studying language, psychology, and finance. while continuing to stream
Katya bought a small apartment and opened her own studio, the young entrepreneur began to slowly create her own training system, while continuing to stream.
Katya devoted the majority of her time to training: Personally preparing each of her models for going online, helping each of them to master basic webcam skills, and teaching them how to build online relationships.
After about 5 years have passed, when something terrible happened that rocked Katya’s world – all the studios in Ukraine were closed, and she was devastated and left with nothing. It was an incredibly difficult and exhausting period for Katya.
Without thinking twice, Katya packed her backpack and headed off to the Czech Republic – a new and unfamiliar country where the webcam industry is decriminalized, with cozy little houses with tiled roofs that were much better suited for opening a new webcam studio of her own. In the new environment, Katya found herself attracted by new horizons and new goals, a whole new world was waiting for her.
So once again like a Pheonix, she found herself once again starting over again from scratch, She went through a lot, founded several studios, including the multi-award-winning Tip-Top studios, Katya also became a mother to a beautiful daughter during this time, but never stopped teaching models.
Then she started to introduce her training system Models Guide to a Russian-speaking audience. Model’s Guide is an unprecedented and unique product on the Russian webcam market. An impeccable reputation and high quality of education allowed us to quickly gain recognition and demand among colleagues.
her students began to receive awards, and she began to receive innovations to speak at such large summits around the world as WTF and OnlineCamSummit, OnlineCamSummit 2018, and in 2020 she was joined by the course trainer Alena Elshina to conduct seminars at AWMeetUp 2020 and YNOT summit 2020. In 2021, Katya made a presentation at Internext Expo – one of the largest online conferences in the field of digital adults among others.
As the Founder & CEO of CamLife Magazine, I can’t say enough good things about Katya Tunni and her Models Guide system and its positive impact on the live webcam community. Not only do I consider Katya one of the cam community’s most valued members but a friend as well. She is hard-working, driven, humble, and truly cares about the betterment of not only the models but the industry as a whole. Katya Tiuni is a true pioneer in the live webcam industry.
