CamLife magazine interview’s RubyConne

Thank you so much, Ruby, for taking the time out of your busy schedule to sit down with us here at Cam Life Magazine to answer some questions for our readers.  – I am happy to answer any questions that you guys might have. So..before I became a cam model I was a student and I needed to pay for my college taxes and all.

What made you decide to become a live cam model? – As I said, I was a student and you know how college taxes are. Plus, I’m a woman so we always need different stuff. From makeup to clothes to trips. And I wanted to be able to do it for myself, I’ve always been independent so it fit me like a glove.

How did your family and friends feel about your decision to become a live Cam model? – They’re really supportive and my sister actually followed me to Studio 20 and she’s a cam model too. 

Is there anyone special in your life? – My friends are really special to me. I don’t have time for any real-life relationship; I have my cam ones.

What is your favorite sexual position? – Reverse cowgirl is my favorite position. That way, I have a lot of control and I can show my sexy ass LOL

Do you have any guilty pleasures? – Gummy Bears. Since when I was a kid I’ve loved them and I used to hide from my parents to eat them. And now I’m happy that I can have all the Gummy Bears I want. 

What is your favorite aphrodisiac? – I would say music. I’m turned on by electronic music, I know it sounds funny but I get a certain high when I listen to it, I feel sexy and it gets me so turned on. My pulse starts racing and I just get ready for business LOL. 

What is a typical day on cam like for you? – A typical day starts with a big cup of coffee, and another one to go in the studio. Or two. I like taking pictures and videos so I make sure to post them on my social media, IG and Twitter, I talk to the trainers from Studio20 and we make sure that everything’s ready before I go online. Then I go crazy LOL, I dance, tease and talk to my beautiful people. There’s not so much that happens but the thing I’m grateful for is that I have so many friends online that my “working” day feels like nothing.

 Do you have any tips for new cam models out there? – Invest in yourself. I remember when I started I was a tomboy and I didn’t take so much good care of myself, of my body, of how I am, look and behave. So I started reading more, growing my intellect, making recurrent visits to the hairstylist, getting fit, and so on. You can’t believe how much looking good, smelling good, and having a good read can help you with self-confidence.

Are you a dog or cat lover? – I love cats, I’m def a cat person. It’s something about the way they walk, the way they behave so gracefully, and how stubborn they are that reminds me of myself. You know what they say, that a cat, just like a woman, stays where and only if she wants to stay, it can’t be forced to do anything. See, I #educate people in cat ways 

  What are your goals outside of Cam? – I don’t want to leave this industry too soon, I want to milk whatever I can from it and raise enough money to start my own studio in the city I grew up in. 

What is the kinkiest request you have ever gotten from a fan? – There are a lot of people that either have foot fetishes, shoe fetishes, or both. So I got one of those one days. And he asked me to have a nice cam date with him. The twist was that I had to put the camera on the floor facing my shoes and toes as if he was having a date with my feet. It was fun but crazy at the same time; I didn’t know I could lift a glass of champagne with my toes.

 [ What do you like the most about being a live Cam model? – I’ve always considered myself a sexual person and this job allowed me to be myself. So I would say the confidence that this job gave me is the best part.

What did you like the least about camming? – I hate slow days but that’s something everyone hates. When it’s a slow day I start doubting myself and that’s a real kick in the ass. 

What sets your cam show different from the other cam shows? – Well, that’s just something that CamLife readers have to find out for themselves; I’m very sexual, that’s what I can say.

 What is a typical day for you like when you are not camming? – Every cam girl will tell you that sleep is really important. So on my days off, I sleep. I think in another life I was a sloth or something.

If you had to spend a week alone on a desert island what three things would you bring with you? – My iPod, gummy bears, and sunscreen. I’d have all my music on the iPod, gummy bears to feed my hunger, and sunscreen so I get a really nice tan.

How do deal with rude fans or cyberbullies? – I don’t. They have enough to deal with in their lives; that’s why they’re so mean. I’m good at being a positive person and not giving a damn that they’re rude or try to bully me.

What is your favorite ice cream? – I just discovered mango ice cream and I fell in love with it. So now I would say that’s my favorite ice cream. But on a funnier note, I’d say that my favorite ice cream is the one that melts on my body but that’s something for fans to find out in my cam shows.

What site do you broadcast on? – I live stream on LiveJasmin. I used to work on different freemium sites but then I understood that there’s no other site that can offer me the possibilities that Jasmin does. It’s about the online support, the members, and the overall platform that makes my work so much easier.

What made you decide to become a part of the studio 20 family? – I used to work for a different studio when I first started but I wasn’t that happy. I saw some ads, they have a really good marketing strategy and after I had the first talk with the people from Studio20 I understood that I wasn’t getting the best of what this job had to offer. And duh, it was a no-brainer.

What are your goals in Cam? – You’ll laugh. But there it goes: I want to be the next Devious Angel or Little Red Bunny. Devious Angels were the first Romanian Model to win AVN’s Favorite Cam Girl in 2016, she works for Studio20 and has just opened her own Studio20 franchise. She’s one of the best #girlsfromstudio20 and someone I look up to. Little Red Bunny is an independent American model which I had the honor to meet last year in June and actually work with her and Jay Kopita on a short video. I fell in love with her, her sweet style, and the way she’s so … effortless.
