Popular webcam star Catjira spent years building an audience living out her geekiest cosplay on MFC and spreading countless nerdgasms through the internet. Drawing from an elaborate cast of characters made up of pop-culture heroines and villains from popular movies, books, comics, television shows, and video games, Catjira brings geek fantasies to life in ways that leave them spellbound, and hungry for more!
The talented chameleon has played everyone from Batgirl to Tiffany from Bride of Chucky to Tomb Raider’s Lara Croft to Game of Thrones’ Daenerys Targaryen to Star Wars Rey to Wonder Woman to Disney’s Snow White and Little Mermaid, and many more.
And, since gender is no real restriction to cosplay fantasy, she’s done her sexy, unforgettable take on plenty of male villains as well, including Immortan Joe from Mad Max, Freddy Krueger, and The Walking Dead’s Negan. She’s also played historical figures, as well as mythological ones.
Yet she is clear that she only chooses roles she enjoys and wants to bring to life, having only taken fan requests twice as contest win options. A fierce competitor on My Free Cams, her dedication and unapologetic commitment to detail have catapulted her to the top again and again.
Catjira launched her brand in just over three years. Starting out as a cam model on My Free Cams, the talented and dedicated performer didn’t even begin using cosplay in her shoots until the summer of 2016. In fact, she admits that she didn’t even realize that dressing up in costume as different characters and live streaming was called cosplay. For her, it was just a way to ‘open up more on camera and let fans in on her fantasy world.
Then came the nomination and win at the Cammy Awards for Cosplay Performer of the Year! Catjira was shocked but also honored. She continued doing what she loved and with the more support of the cam community and fans was able to up her game! 
After that, the awards have seemed to flood in. She won the first-ever XBIZ Best Cosplay Cam Model award in 2017 as well as ALT Best Nerd Cam based on her cosplay shows. Next, she won AVN’s first-ever Cosplay Cammer award and was on Showtime. She also took home Cammy awards and alt awards again, as well as the cover of the October 2017 issue of XBIZ Cam World, and did a Q&A as their Cam Star of the Month the same month. Then she co-hosted the 2018 XBIZ Cam Awards the next year, where she won the 2018 XBIZ Web Star of the Year.
Throughout it all, she credits her fans as her inspiration. But it’s hard to overlook her raw talent for putting a sexy spin on our wildest, unspoken fantasies. Catjira is the first to admit she hasn’t always picked the easiest or safest route. When it comes to her wardrobe choices, The young cam star has previously revealed that, more often than not, her process involves working harder not smarter. Catjira plans out her costumes down to the last detail, often with the big Miss MFC competition in mind for that month, then set to work meticulously crafting her vision, making as much as she can by hand for that authentic feeling only a diehard fan would truly appreciate
The fans rightly lavish her with praise with every revelation. Still with each new success comes the pressure to top the last costume. Catjira uses that desire to motivate her to go bigger and more intense with each new character she brings to life, keeping the pressure on. But finishing the creation is only one step in the process. Next comes marketing.
When it comes to promoting her brand, Catjira leans on her skills using social media and her preferred camming network, My Free Cams. Catjira uses her love of film editing to get her audience hyped up. Though she’s been known to tease upcoming characters with Sheneak peek images, it’s her amazing trailers that have lured in legions of fanboys, and girls (forty percent of her fans are women). One look and you’ll see what the fuss is all about, and why fans are lining up begging for more.
Her influence and reach are impressive, whether on My Free Cams, Twitter, Instagram, Many Vids, or Patreon. Still, Catjira does her best to ignore the power she effortless wields, staying focused on her projects and avoiding politics. Her fans, who she credits as her inspiration, daily profess their love and complete devotion to her. Catjira is careful not to abuse this power, expressing gratitude to those who nominate her for awards and vote for her. She’s also quick to help others in the community.
While some people equate cosplay with easy success, Catjira explains it simply isn’t true. She advises other cammers that following trends are no substitute for doing what you love. When it comes to making it big in camming, her best words of wisdom are to do what you are passionate about and, in the words of the immortal bard, to they own self be true.
