Cooperation not competition

Cooperation not competition

How having an attitude of cooperation instead of competition helps build a strong brand and strengthens ties in the business community. Having a strong and positive relationship with competitors is more than trying to avoid an all-out war. In business, it’s almost natural to look at your competitors as competition. After all, you’re vying for the same customers and your marketing techniques are focused on presenting your brand as a more appealing option than anyone else’s.

It can become all too easy to think of your competitors as the enemy, Here at CamLife, we tend to think of our competitors simply as community members in the live webcam community or neighbors if you will.

Like any neighbor or member of a community, you will have your differences. Everybody will be a good example or a poor example at one time or another, myself included. We try to have and foster an attitude of cooperation instead of competition. I believe it is much more productive & healthy to want your fellow community members in business to do well and prosper.

In our very first issue of CamLife Magazine, we featured an article on Ynot. We have also featured staff members from Xbiz, AVN, and Cam Girl Magazine I believe we are one of the only content creators / Publishers other than our friends at Ynot that truly hold this attitude in practice. I believe that both companies are better for this practice of cooperation instead of competition. “This attitude enables both parties to put aside”

“petty differences. I remember having several talks with Jay from Ynot. He and Connor were working on Ynot Cammunity in Hollywood in 2019 so I had…” I had suggested a few hotels & venues for the event including The W & Jay and Connor had CamLife as their guest and wow what an Event it was!

I can remember getting a phone call from Leah Mahi of Xbiz as we were getting ready to launch CamLife, I remember Leah wishing us luck, that conversation meant a lot to me and my partner.

Now let’s take a look at three industry founders and their companies that go above and beyond when it comes to this attitude of cooperation instead of competition.

1.Brad Michael CEO & founder of MOJO host.

Brad has a reputation as one of the most ethical and professional members of the live webcam Community. Often sitting on panels with many of his competitors, but if you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Brad in person at an event you will witness him working alongside many of his competitors to improve the industry as a whole. “CamLife is convinced that Brad and his team are” some of the most ethical professionals in or out of the industry.

2. Thomas Pedersen CEO & Founder of DivaTraffic.

Thomas is a long-time veteran of the live webcam industry specializing in traffic. Thomas and his staff can often be seen hanging out, laughing, joking, eating, and drinking with many of his competitors such as “Andy Wullmer the traffic captain like they’re best of friends, and “ quite simply it’s because they are.

3. Vasilescu Razvan CEO & founder of Smartchat studios

Vasilescu Razvan is one of the most respected studio owners within the live webcam Community. “Vasilescu, alongside his wife and” partner has been able to but aside his competitive instincts to work alongside other Studio owners for the betterment of the live webcam Community as a whole. So we here at CamLife are not in the studio business I can remember when we were developing our app we had many issues with the photo resolution size and it was Vasilescu who reached out to help us with the task.
