This issue’s Executive Spotlight is Catalina Bogzoiu Co-owner at SLS Service Center and Team Leader at Streamate EU. 
Catalina’s career in the live webcam industry began, while away at University, studying communication science when the independent, ambitious, and driven Catalina decided to earn extra income as a cam model to cover her expenses.
Catalina quickly became one of the live cam industry’s top-earning performs. Catalina fell in love with the cam industry and everything it had to offer the creative freedom and sense of community among the performers, the financial independence, and most of all she saw the opportunities the camming offered beyond performing as a model.
After completing her education and meeting her financial goal as a live cam model Catalina started working behind the scenes at award-winning camming platform Streamate. As the leader for Streamates European team in Bucharest.
As the leader for their European team, Catalina brings her own unique experience as a former live cam model to the table in working with regional talent and business associates.
Catalina’s primary duties include working Streamate’s with the company’s new and existing European model and studio partners. One of Catalina’s key assets is the ability to properly share her experience and knowledge that she acquired during her time as a cam model, which is vital data to create a pleasant and professional environment for studios and models that partner with Streamate.
Catalina has worked with Streamate now for over six years and with all of her in the industry, she continues to be inspired by the beauty, hard work, and sense of community of the models that she works with as a member of the streamate team.
Not only did Catalina find a career in the live webcam industry beyond molding she found love Catalina is married to industry Pioneer businessman and entrepreneur Laszlo Czero with whom she co-founded SLS Service Center
Catalina has earned the respect and admiration of her contemporaries she has been featured in industry trade publications such as Xbiz. Catalina can often be spotted at industry events representing Streamate.
