Founder Spotlight Evelina Cirlan

Evelina Cirlan is the Founder and CEO of Models4Models. A former web model herself, she worked in a key role at Bucharest Summit before founding models for Models4Models. We consider her a good friend and a supporter of CamLife.

Her professional career is a truly inspirational story of bootstrapping her way to the top. In the past 15 years, Evelina has gone from model to studio manager to business developer for ProAvc Group, to event manager of the Bucharest Summit, all before launching her own Bucharest-based webcam studio, Models4Models.

“I’ve always had a passion for organizing things,” she explains. “I made my place in the industry, I worked as general manager for several years for another studio and I was the main organizer of the Bucharest Summit, the most prestigious event in the industry, in our country.”

From there, the energetic entrepreneur knew it was time to do something big – launch her own cam studio!

“I started Models4Models because I felt the need for a major leap in my career,” Evalina says on her site. “I wanted to bring a feminine and elegant touch to an industry where management is often masculine.”

The results? One of the most successful and well-respected cam studios in the world, a source of pride for not just Cirlan, but Romania as well. Models4Models, as the name suggests, was truly built with models in mind. The company in many ways reflects the personality of its founder in its core principles – strength and independence mixed with a seductive feminine softness and vulnerability that supports women and inspires them to grow and develop.

Being so close to the models over 15 years Evelina could see what their needs were, what they wanted from the studio, how things could be changed to keep the models happy and productive and help everyone grow. The studio manager, the head of training, the whole training team, the photographer, and the HR are all former models and bring their experience and ideas to help their models thrive and feel empowered. She also found having them gave her other unexpected advantages.

“Working with women only can bring a lot of advantages,” she tells CamLife founder Bender Cain in an exclusive interview. “Soft skills and emotional intelligence may prove a key competitive advantage for women in business. We bring more self-awareness, empathy, adaptability and the teamwork spirit is stronger.”

“Some call us feminists. Some call us pioneers,” Evelina said in a recent interview for the Live Cam Awards. For what it’s worth, we strive for change and empowerment.”

Models4Models won the CamLife Magazine 2020 Community Executive Awards for Studio of the Year. She’s also had the honor of being featured on the cover of our business edition.
