To show you what Model’s guide is, we’d like to tell you more about its establisher Katya Tiuni

Katya Tiuni has started her journey 13 years ago in 2006, at the age of 19, at a modeling studio in Ukraine, which was located in a shared apartment. Once she showed up on the other side of the screen, her life changed forever.

During the next five years, she has been evolving as a model, learned English and achieved TOP incomes. A girl from a poor family could finally afford to buy her own flat! Later, when she knew how it all worked, it helped her create her own studio in Ukraine and later in the Czech Republic.

Her results were surprising and money was swept off her feet, but during some years something awful happened – all studios in Ukraine got closed up.

She was wondering what she was going to do next. 

She wasn’t going to leave, because she realized that she found her true self in the cam industry. While she was sitting at home and scrolling through beautiful pictures of tiled roofs in Prague, an awesome idea crossed her mind. The idea was to establish a studio in the Czech Republic, in a country where this kind of business was legal. She took her backpack and headed to new adventures and new life.

During these 8 years, Katya and her partners have established several studios and the brand of Tip-Top in particular. This studio has been numerously nominated and awarded on international competitions in the Adult industry.

Katya attended hundreds of summits, conferences, courses, schools, seminars and personal meetings with world-known TOP studios and models. Due to this, she has gained great experience and later she developed a unique training program for models that helps models to elicit their potential and earn 10000 dollars per month and more.

In 2017 Kate decided to show this educational program to the whole world and share her experience with those who speak Russian.

She wanted to give a hand to beginner models because their lack of knowledge and stereotypes were stopping this craft from developing. This is why Kate started to share her experience and created a blog about this work, inspiring people with her faithfulness, frankness, and courage. Thanks to the blog, Katya was noticed and invited to big summits like WTF and OnlineCamSummit as a speaker. 

When she was standing and sharing her experience on the stage with other models, she realized that it was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life and this was her mission. When she got back to Prague, Katya threw all her efforts into her new goal — establishing Model’s Guide.

What is the Model’s Guide?

Model’s Guide is the world’s first online platform for those webcam models who speak Russian. This project helps each model to fully understand the work, to change not only their income but also their lifestyle and make their work a successful business.

Model’s Guide aims to help models with finding the shortest way to success, avoiding the most typical mistakes.

There are three words on the basis of Model’s Guide: Freedom. Identity. Discovery.Why them? 

For Katya and her team, these are the things that represent the brand Freedom for Model’s Guide is firstly a person’s independence. Independence from circumstances, other people’s opinions and, above all else, financial independence. Identity. Through years of work with models, Katya realized that all girls are different, with their own specific appearances, customs, and characters. This is why we have an individual approach to every student during the training.

Model’s Guide develops a personal brand for each model. It includes her hobbies, customs, style, mime, gesture, her brand’s attributes as well as social media and social circle. Thanks to Katya and her team, any model can create her personal brand and successfully use it in her work.

Discovery. While studying psychology, attending personal development training, and working with a psychotherapist, Katya realized that nothing inspires her as much as instant development.

This is why the Model’s Guide gives every model a chance for personal growth and development of their potential. Psychology courses, personal coaching sessions with trainers, getting over fears and old affirmations, working on the body, style, and image really help that.

Development in webcam requires instant self-improvement 

Studying takes place online on a private educational platform. Models have personal meetings with experts via Skype, which allows them to be in any part of the world.

There are 3 types of courses: basic, advances and TOP-model. Each one offers 14 lessons and personal coaching sessions with Katya herself as well as with Milena (stylist and personal development trainer). Every lesson is released once a month with a home task. To access the next task, a model should use her skills in her online work.
