Our next guest needs no introduction. Bsmart model, Aellenna.

I remember like it was yesterday when she came in for an interview, sitting on our couch, frightened, shy, unaware of what it means to be a videochat model.

She had a hundred questions and a ton of fears.

What will people say? What if her age is not appropriate for this work?

She came convinced that only 18 year old girls can make it here. At the time of the interview she was 30, now 31.

You could read on her face the uncertainty and was searching with her eyes for a YES, a confirmation from us that she can make it.

She was nervous during the photo shootings…posing the best possible way, all the small details, the training before she started. Everything was under her shadow of maybe fear, but definitely the shadow of hesitation.

But here I am, happily talking about the success story of a Bsmart model. Because Aellenna drove through all of it in a fashionable way.

In not even an entire year, she went from doubtful to Top 1 Income earner no less than 3 times and once she occupied 2nd place. That’s what we call a great achievement. Good bye uncertainty, welcome success.

She wasn’t alone in this, but with a trainer pushing her always to strive for the best and an entire team that helped her get there, she’s proof that age is not a setback. She paved the way for those who think that age is an impediment.

Now, as I’m writing this, I admire her on my computer screen… an independent woman, steady on her feet and ready to face the world.
