This issue’s CamLifeStudio Spotlight Xerrar Studios. Xerrar Studios started on October 26, 2016, Xerrar Studios has grown to become a force in the world of camming. Originally called Monroe Studio, they were a small studio located in the south area of Bucharest, Romania with just 4 rooms! For two years, Xerrar Studios was just a shy little studio that dared to show up and make their name known in the cam industry.

From June 2019 to October 2019, Xerrar Studio had to take a break. All their models left, and the company was forced to make a new start or fold. They fought through it and roared back! In October 2019, they returned with a new name “Xerrar Studios” and “Xerrar Studios Home”. They had two locations, one in the south area of Bucharest and one near Bucharest. The latter was dedicated as the Xerrar Studios Home, where they established technical support for all the locations in Romania.

Xerrar Studio now had more rooms, a new look, good vibes, a new staff and more! They also made sure they had trainers in every corner of Romania available to help models that collaborated with them, even if they were not from Bucharest! They started an amazing contest for all who admired and appreciated their work. Buoyed up with fresh courage, they set out to make their name known. They now have registered trademarks on Xerrar Studios and Xerrar Studios Home. Both have their own website, their own social media pages, and their own center.

Since Xerrar came back, they have also established some benefits for models that want to work at their studio but can’t afford rent yet. They offer these models individual studios fully furnished and equipped, where they can move immediately. Best of all, it’s all for free! In November 2019, Xerrar participated at Bcams, their first Summit in the camming industry. There they had the chance to meet and network with amazing industry people, learning from them, and making growth-centric partnerships.

This year, in September 2020, they are proud to be Silver Sponsors at the Bucharest Summit, where they expect to show the industry that they can rightly be called a real studio now. Currently, Xerrar Studios has ten rooms, each one with its own bathroom with a unique design. Twelve models work from their studio and fifteen more models work from home. They offer girls from each corner of Romania, and some of them even from Italy, England, and Spain.

The owners of Xerrar Studios are Alexandru (31y) and Cristina (28 y). They are the ones who started and never stopped to believe in their dream, and no matter what, they kept alive the concept of Xerrar Studios. They are also very involved in all that Xerrar Studios mean, so you can see them very often talking with the models, supporting them, and giving them solid advice on everything from streaming to finances and lifehacks. They are like a family. Each model that comes to work for them becomes a new member of that family. They are always there for any help their models may need. Since rebooting, they’ve added a new trainer for our models, Catalina (27 y). She started working with Xerrar in July 2018 as a model and stayed with the company when all the rest abandoned them. Today Catalina, is the head trainer, with 9 years’ experience as a model. She also oversees the PR Department.

In charge of the Marketing Department, is Christian (20y), the brother of Alexandru. At his age, Christian has a well-developed sense about the business, working all day long to find the best way to manage the studio, of course, sustained and advised by his older brother Alexandru and his wife, Cristina.

As head of technical support, Demis (26y) guides the other technical managers in charge of all the cities in Romania. He oversees all the technical side, but he also sees to it that the profiles of their models and their websites are always on point.

Having technical support in every corner of the country it would take too long to list everyone in charge of the department, but all of them are more than just employers for Xerrar, no matter if they are working in one of their studios or in another corner of the country. 

We asked Alexandru, Cristina, Christian, Catalina, and Demis about their work on Xerrar Studios, and what are their plans for the future.
