Your lifestyle is very important for your business. I realized it when I was monitoring my conditions after I had the training and now I want to share my results with you. What I tell here is only my experience, which works for me. I don’t promise if you do it too, you have the same results. I believe that everyone should have own lifestyles because we are all different and unique personalities.Your lifestyle is very important for your business

Each morning begins with productive work, I skip breakfast, having only a cup of black coffee without sugar. For me, it’s the most productive time of the day when I can plan, do accounting, make products for “Model’s Guide”, and do something that requires creative thinking. Then I have lunch and after it, I schedule offline and online meetings or do routine work. As soon as I start eating, my brain and body relax and I can’t do anything that requires high concentration, that is why all the after-lunch time is dedicated to less crucial matters. And that is also why I complete all the assignments that require my full attention in the morning.

At 6 PM I have dinner, do household chores, take some time to spend with myself or with my daughter. I have been meditating before going to bed for 2 years now, it helps me relax and get ready for the next day.

I also practice intermittent fasting every day. I have a fasting window for 14-16 hours a day and then an eating window for 8-10 hours. It helps me to eat everything I want, but I prefer mostly healthy, well-balanced

food. Intermittent fasting became my lifestyle since 6 years ago and I feel great!!!

I do sports almost every day. At the age of 25, I started pole dancing and six months later I could do a full split! Now I mostly do fitness and I love it. Fitness and pole dance helped me understand that both in sport and in business the main thing is the frequency and a clear goal. I never thought about it when I didn’t do sports. While training our brain learns that success requires hard work and applies that program to other areas of our life.Your lifestyle is very important for your business 

You can’t do business and sports only when you are inspired or motivated, it doesn’t work like that. If you want to sit and wait for inspiration to come, don’t even try the splits and moreover don’t start a business. Discipline is what matters. You won’t succeed in sports without it, so another thing that sports taught me was self-discipline. For example, if you want to do a full split, you understand that you can do it with regular stretching in six months. Even the most unrealistic goals can be achieved that way, you just need to take small steps towards your goal every single day. If you skip, you postpone your goal. Same thing with business. At the beginning of your journey, everything seems complicated, you have a goal, but it seems distant. Thanks to daily hard work, you start to reach your goal. And then, at a certain point in your path, you look back and realize that now you really have a result.

In order to train and work with progress, you need to feel good. You need to be able to recover after a workout or working week. So the rest is very important to me. I maintain a healthy lifestyle for my body and mind.

Previously, I never kept an eye on my diet and often drank alcohol, and in the morning I felt really bad. For a while, I watched myself and realized, that I don’t like myself when I’m like that. It costs me dearly as it negatively affects my business.Your lifestyle is very important for your business

I believe that alcohol is directly linked to success. A natural way to get dopamine is through achieving goals. When we finally get what we really wanted, the dopamine is being released in the brain, and we feel the joy of achievement. Dopamine receptors are sensitive to alcohol, so even 50 grams of alcohol cause dopamine release, as if we had achieved something. Then the brain becomes lazy and prefers easy ways for happiness.  It turns out, that if we drink a lot, we “artificially” get dopamine and then the brain realizes that you don’t need to set any goals to get happy. So I train my brain to get dopamine in a more complex, developing way — by doing business and fitness.

I want to feel a boost of energy and power to do something new. Therefore, I drink water, eat mostly healthy food and do sports instead of alcohol. I don’t have any rights to lecture anyone about the danger of smoking, drinking alcohol and etc. But I want to share my idea that it is unnatural for your body and it’s not the best solution if you want to boost your productivity in the long term. If you want to get new results, do something new. 

I love my business ” Models’ Guide” and the state that I’m currently in, that is how to do a lot of useful things and easily achieve my and company’s goals! I wish you to be productive and find a lifestyle that gives you strength and energy
